Ahmed Raza Khan: Mohammed Aqib Qadri:
Indeed those who disbelieved and prevented others from Allah's way, and then died as disbelievers - so Allah will never forgive them.

Yusuf Ali:
Those who reject Allah, and hinder (men) from the Path of Allah, then die rejecting Allah,- Allah will not forgive them.

Pickthal:
Lo! those who disbelieve and turn from the way of Allah and then die disbelievers, Allah surely will not pardon them.
