So will one who is upon on a clear proof
from his Lord, ever be like any of those whose evil deeds are made to appear
good to them and they follow their own desires?
Yusuf Ali:
Is then one who is on a clear (Path) from his Lord, no better than one to whom the evil of his conduct seems pleasing, and such as follow their own lusts?
Pickthal:
Is he who relieth on a clear proof from his Lord like those for whom the evil that they do is beautified while they follow their own lusts?
